Plans and usage

Select the organization, then Plans in the sidebar. Review the current plan, its status, billing period and displayed limits.

LimitWhat does it represent?
UsersCapacity for organization members.
LocationsCapacity to create locations in the organization.
Daily ingestionPlanned log volume per day, including any additional capacity breakdown.

Daily capacity is not the total volume of all retained archives. For retention duration, see Archiving and retention.

Prices, options and limits shown in Plans and during checkout apply to your offer. Review them before confirming a change.

  • The dashboard shows volumes and their evolution by organization.
  • Ingestion analytics lets you examine a period and each location’s contribution.
  • A file’s size in Archives is the size of the download. Compression explains why it differs from ingestion volume.
  • Export ZIP size is another measure; it should not be compared directly with daily capacity.

Compare the same dates, locations and units. Plan capacities use decimal units: 1 GB = 1,000 MB. Current-day counters change as measurements are updated.

If you approach a limit, identify the largest contributing locations, then adjust collection or capacity. Filters can discard messages before storage; discarded messages cannot be recovered through exports.

The Owner or Billing role is required to manage the subscription.

  1. Open Plans for the correct organization.
  2. Use Manage subscription to open the billing portal.
  3. Review the available options for payment methods, invoices and subscription changes.
  4. Check the amount and effective date before confirming.
  5. Return to LogCentral and verify the updated status.

If an MSP manages the organization, contact its billing administrator when direct management is not available.
