How do I get support from LogCentral?
Overview
Section titled “Overview”LogCentral provides direct access to engineering support to help you resolve issues and answer questions about the platform. Our support model connects you directly with the technical team who built and maintain the system.
Our Support Model

Section titled “Direct Level 2 Engineering Support”When you contact LogCentral support, you’re speaking directly with our engineering team. There’s no Level 1 support tier or ticketing system to navigate—you get immediate access to the people who know the platform inside and out.
This means:
- Faster resolution times - Engineers can diagnose and fix issues without escalation delays
- Technical expertise - Get answers from the people who built the features you’re using
- Direct communication - No information lost in translation between support tiers
- Product insights - Engineers can provide context about how features work and why
When to Contact Support
Section titled “When to Contact Support”Reach out to our engineering team when you:
- Encounter errors or unexpected behavior in the platform
- Need help understanding how a feature works
- Experience service interruptions or connectivity issues
- Have questions about your account or organization settings
- Need assistance with configuration or setup
How to Get in Touch
Section titled “How to Get in Touch”If you encounter a “Page Not Found” error while using LogCentral, you’ll see a “Contact Support” button that connects you directly with our team.
When the LogCentral API is temporarily unavailable, the system will automatically check for service restoration every 10 seconds. If the issue persists beyond 15 minutes, contact our engineering team for assistance.
What to Include When Contacting Support
Section titled “What to Include When Contacting Support”To help our engineers assist you quickly, provide:
- A description of what you were trying to do
- Any error messages you received
- The page or feature where the issue occurred
- Your organization name (if applicable)
- Steps to reproduce the issue, if known
