As advertised on our public website, LogCentral integrates natively with Cisco Meraki networks. This means you don't have to manually set up syslog servers with Meraki.

What is Cisco Meraki

Cisco Meraki is the most popular networking platforms of the market, fully cloud managed.

Cisco Meraki revolves around a web dashboard that allows you to manage your networks all over the world, with all the modern features you can imagine.

What does that mean for me as an IT administrator?

The Cisco Meraki Integration allows virtually any IT administrator to setup logs for tens or hundreds of sites in a matter of minutes.

LogCentral automatically provisions & sets the right settings on your Cisco Meraki dashboard, just by the click of a button in our own dashboard.

How does it work technically?

How it works is super simple on the user side, and clever on the technical side of things:

  • As a user, you'll connect a Cisco Meraki organization to a LogCentral organization

  • You'll then link a Cisco Meraki network to a LogCentral location

  • And with a button, you'll provision the syslog server settings we provide to your Cisco Meraki network.

It really takes about a minute.

Is it safe?

Very safe! We use oAuth 2.0 with Cisco Meraki, which is a safe & granular way to give us access to a precise organization.

You can revoke this access at any time both from LogCentral and from your Cisco Meraki organization.
